TERMS OF USE
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the cybermall and users regarding internet-related services provided by RUHEL (hereinafter referred to as "the Mall").
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "The Mall" refers to a virtual business establishment set up by RUHEL to enable users to trade goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc.") using information and communication facilities such as computers, and is also used to mean the business operator running the cybermall.
② "User" refers to members and non-members who access "the Mall" and receive services provided by "the Mall" in accordance with these terms.
③ "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member with "the Mall" and can continuously use the services provided by "the Mall."
④ "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by "the Mall" without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Display, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
① "The Mall" shall display the contents of these terms and conditions, the trade name, name of the representative, business address (including the address where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, email address, business registration number, cybermall business report number, and personal information protection officer, etc., on the initial service screen (front page) of the RUHEL cybermall, so that users can easily recognize them. However, the content of the terms and conditions may be made available to users through a linked screen.
② Before a user agrees to these terms, "the Mall" must provide a separate linked screen or pop-up screen to ensure the user understands important contents such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions.
③ "The Mall" may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws, such as the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.," the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions," the "Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions," the "Electronic Financial Transactions Act," the "Electronic Signature Act," the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.," the "Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc.," and the "Framework Act on Consumers."
④ If "the Mall" amends the terms and conditions, it shall announce the effective date and reason for amendment on the initial screen of the mall, along with the current terms, from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, if the terms are changed in a way that is unfavorable to the user, a grace period of at least 30 days shall be provided.
⑤ Amended terms shall apply only to contracts concluded after their effective date, and the provisions of the terms prior to the amendment shall continue to apply to contracts already concluded before that date.
⑥ Matters not specified in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant laws or commercial practices.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
① "The Mall" provides information about goods or services, concludes purchase contracts, delivers goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded, and performs other tasks determined by "the Mall."
② In the event of goods or services being out of stock or technical specifications changing, "the Mall" may change the content of goods or services to be provided under future contracts and shall immediately announce the changed content and delivery date.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
① "The Mall" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of repair, inspection, replacement, or malfunction of information and communication facilities such as computers, or communication disconnection.
② "The Mall" shall compensate for damages incurred by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons stated in Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if "the Mall" proves that it was not intentional or negligent.
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
① Users apply for membership by filling out the membership information according to the form set by "the Mall" and expressing their agreement to these terms and conditions.
② "The Mall" shall register as a member unless any of the following applies: 1. If there is false information, omission, or error in the registration content. 2. If registration as a member is deemed to significantly impede "the Mall's" technology.
③ The time of establishment of the membership registration contract is when "the Mall's" acceptance reaches the member.
Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification, etc.)
① Members may request to withdraw from "the Mall" at any time, and "the Mall" shall immediately process the membership withdrawal.
② If a member performs acts that threaten the order of electronic commerce, such as registering false content, not paying for goods/debts, stealing others' information, or performing acts prohibited by laws or these terms and conditions, or against public morals, "the Mall" may restrict or suspend the member's qualification.
③ If the same act is repeated two or more times or is not corrected within 30 days, "the Mall" may forfeit the member's qualification.
Article 8 (Notification to Members)
① If "the Mall" notifies a member, it may do so to the email address designated by the member in advance with "the Mall."
② For notifications to an unspecified number of members, "the Mall" may substitute individual notifications by posting them on "the Mall's" bulletin board for more than one week.
Article 9 (Purchase Application)
Users of "the Mall" apply for purchase on "the Mall" by searching and selecting goods, entering recipient information, confirming the terms and conditions and cost burden, agreeing to these terms, and choosing a payment method, and "the Mall" provides this in an easy-to-understand manner.
Article 10 (Formation of Contract)
① "The Mall" may not accept applications if there is false information, omission, or error in the application content, or if there is a technical impediment to acceptance.
② The contract is considered concluded when "the Mall's" acceptance reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice as described in Article 12.
Article 11 (Payment Method)
Payment for goods purchased at "the Mall" can be made through available methods such as account transfer, credit/debit/prepaid card payment, online wire transfer, electronic money payment, mileage/point payment, gift certificate payment, and other electronic payment methods. However, "the Mall" does not impose any additional fees on the user's payment method.
Article 12 (Receipt Confirmation Notice, Change, and Cancellation of Purchase Application)
① "The Mall" shall send a receipt confirmation notice to the user when a purchase application is made by the user.
② A user who has received a receipt confirmation notice may immediately request a change or cancellation of the purchase application if there is a discrepancy in the expressed intention, and "the Mall" shall process it without delay if the request is made before delivery. However, if payment has already been made, it shall be subject to the provisions on withdrawal of subscription in Article 15.
Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.)
① Unless there is a separate agreement, "the Mall" shall take necessary measures to deliver goods within 7 days from the date the user makes the offer. However, if all or part of the payment has been received, measures shall be taken within 3 business days from the date of receipt.
② "The Mall" shall specify the delivery method, who bears the delivery costs, and the delivery period, and shall compensate for user damages resulting from exceeding the agreed delivery period (except where it proves no intent or negligence).
Article 14 (Refunds)
If "the Mall" cannot deliver or provide goods ordered due to reasons such as being out of stock, it shall immediately notify the user of the reason and, if payment has been received in advance, shall refund the payment or take necessary measures for a refund within 3 business days from the date of receipt.
Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)
① Users who have concluded a purchase contract for goods with "the Mall" may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date they received a written document regarding the contract details (or the date the supply of goods began), in accordance with relevant laws.
② Returns and exchanges are not possible if goods are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user, or if their value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption (however, packaging damage for content verification is excluded).
③ If the content of the goods is different from the display or advertisement, or the contract is not fulfilled as agreed, withdrawal of subscription, etc., can be made within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date the user became aware of the fact.
Article 16 (Effects of Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)
① If "the Mall" receives goods back from the user, it shall refund the payment already received within 3 business days. If the refund is delayed, default interest as stipulated by relevant laws shall be paid.
② If the user paid with a credit card, etc., "the Mall" shall immediately request the payment method provider to suspend or cancel the payment claim.
③ The user shall bear the costs necessary for return upon withdrawal of subscription. However, if the content of the goods is different from the display or advertisement, or the contract is not fulfilled as agreed, and withdrawal of subscription is made, "the Mall" shall bear the costs.
Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)
① When collecting users' personal information, "the Mall" collects the minimum necessary personal information within the scope required for service provision.
② When "the Mall" collects and uses personal information, it shall notify the purpose and obtain consent.
③ "The Mall" does not use collected personal information for purposes other than those specified, and when providing it to a third party, it shall notify the purpose and obtain consent at the stage of use/provision (except when otherwise stipulated by relevant laws).
④ Users may request access to or correction of errors in their personal information held by "the Mall" at any time, and "the Mall" shall take necessary measures without delay.
Article 18 (Obligations of "the Mall")
① "The Mall" shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these terms and conditions or contrary to public morals, and shall do its best to continuously and stably provide goods and services.
② "The Mall" shall establish a security system to protect users' personal information.
③ "The Mall" shall not send commercial email for profit purposes that users do not want.
Article 19 (Obligations Regarding Member's ID and Password)
① Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
② Members must not allow a third party to use their ID and password.
③ If a member discovers that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, they must immediately notify "the Mall" and follow "the Mall's" instructions.
Article 20 (User's Obligations)
Users must not engage in acts such as registering false information during application or change, stealing others' information, changing information posted on "the Mall," sending or posting information other than that specified by "the Mall," infringing intellectual property rights of "the Mall" or other third parties, defamation or obstruction of business, or posting information contrary to public morals, such as obscene or violent messages.
Article 21 (Relationship between Connected "Mall" and Linked "Mall")
A connected "Mall" shall not bear guarantee responsibility for transactions conducted with users through goods independently provided by the linked "Mall" if it has explicitly stated on its initial screen or a pop-up screen that it does not bear such responsibility.
Article 22 (Attribution and Restriction of Copyright)
① Copyright and other intellectual property rights to works created by "the Mall" belong to "the Mall."
② Users must not use information obtained through "the Mall" for commercial purposes by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods, or allow a third party to use it, without "the Mall's" prior consent, if the intellectual property rights to such information belong to "the Mall."
Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)
① "The Mall" strives to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages.
② In the event of a dispute related to electronic commerce between "the Mall" and a user, if the user applies for relief, it may be subject to adjustment by the Fair Trade Commission or a dispute mediation agency requested by the mayor/governor.
Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
① Lawsuits concerning electronic commerce disputes between "the Mall" and a user shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing the lawsuit, and if there is no address, over the user's residence.
② Korean law shall apply to electronic commerce lawsuits filed between "the Mall" and a user.

PRIVACY POLICY
RUHEL values your personal information and complies with the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc." and the "Personal Information Protection Act." Through this Privacy Policy, we inform you about how the personal information you provide is used, for what purposes, and what measures are taken to protect personal information.
Items of Personal Information Collected and Methods of Collection
① RUHEL collects the following personal information for membership registration, consultation, and service application:
- For membership registration: Name, Login ID, Password, Mobile phone number, Email
- For service application: Address, Payment information
② During the service use process, service usage records, access logs, cookies, access IP, payment records, and records of fraudulent use may be generated and collected.
③ Collection methods: Website, written forms, bulletin boards, email, event applications, delivery requests, phone calls, and collection through information generation tools
Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
① Fulfillment of contracts for service provision and settlement of charges: Content provision, purchase and payment, product delivery, identity verification, and financial services
② Member management: Identity verification, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use, confirmation of membership intent, processing of complaints and civil petitions, delivery of notices
③ Use for marketing and advertising: Delivery of promotional information such as events, analysis of access frequency or statistics on service use
Protection of Non-members' Personal Information
RUHEL allows non-members, as well as members, to purchase goods and services. For non-member orders, only personal information absolutely necessary for delivery and payment is requested, and the payer and recipient information entered will not be used for any purpose other than payment and product delivery. Non-members' personal information is protected in the same way as members'.
Retention and Use Period, Provision of Personal Information
RUHEL, in principle, does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, if the user has consented in advance, or if required by law or by an investigative agency for investigative purposes in accordance with procedures and methods prescribed by law, it is an exception. Personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use is achieved or the retention period stipulated by relevant laws has expired.
Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices (Cookies)
RUHEL operates cookies that frequently store and retrieve user information. Cookies are used to provide customized services by analyzing access frequency and visit time, identifying preferences and interests, and understanding the extent of event participation. Users can allow or refuse cookie storage through web browser option settings (e.g., Tools > Internet Options > Privacy). However, refusing cookie storage may make service provision difficult.
